Wholesale

Wholesale order cancellations must be submitted in writing 14 days prior to the ship date. Charges will be made at the time the order is placed. Orders placed via email, over the phone, and online are expected to be fulfilled within 7 days, therefore, cancellations must be in writing 1 day after the order is submitted to allow us time to stop production. All discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods. Returns are accepted only on damaged products. No returns are accepted without prior approval. Customized products are not eligible for return.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Changed your mind? Color doesn’t work? You may send back your purchase within 10 days of receipt and if it is in perfect condition, we will refund you the amount of the item. We cannot refund original or return shipping costs.  Contact us HERE to request a return.

Whoops! What happened? We will happily replace new, unworn / unused items if they are damaged upon receipt of shipment.  Photo of the damaged item should be sent to info@knollwoodlane.com along with order # and explanation for approval. If approved, we will email back exchange instructions within 1-3 business days. Item(s) must be returned in original condition and packaging. Your refund will be credited to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your exchange so you know it’s on the way.
